Including training and facilitation in multiple areas such as strategy, change, diversity, leadership and communication. Scott has over 20 years of diverse experience working with leaders and teams in multiple industries in both the public and private sectors. He collaborates with clients in achieving success through people – creating organizations where engaged employees enjoy working and customers enjoy doing business.
Scott is a published author on various topics of organizational development and leadership and the creator of the Recruitment and Retention Lifecycle ™. Scott holds a Masters in Organization Development (MSOD) from American University and the NTL Institute. He is a certified Scrum Master (CSM) and is also certified in various strategy, change, team dynamics and behavioral assessment tools. He is a certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) .Scott also holds a government security clearance.

Dale Archer is a change management expert and organization development practitioner with 20 years of experience. He has extensive international experience working with state and national governments in Africa and Europe. He has also consulted with startups, businesses and non-profits. Dale specializes in innovation through emotional intelligence; enterprise and system change; organizational learning; knowledge management; organizational realignment; strategic communication; and stakeholder engagement.
Jim Leming, MSOD
Jim is a seasoned organization development professional with over 25 years experience in both non-profit and Fortune 500 including extensive expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. Jim’s focus is on helping leaders and teams achieve their business goals by attending to “how” work gets done. He has worked across organizations with leaders and teams in sales, supply chain, and research and development. He has extensive expertise in leadership development, team effectiveness, coaching (leaders & teams), change management, and strategic planning.
Saran Baker, MSOD
Saran has over 15 years experience and a valuable blend of expertise in both corporate and nonprofit environments. Her broad diverse skill set includes organization development, facilitation, diversity and business development. Experience in sales, fundraising, program development, project management, and relationship building. She is a dedicated leader, who builds positive, professional relationships, establishes priorities, and achieves the objectives of all stakeholders. Saran also maintains extensive IT and telecom experience.
Digital Marketing & Product Development
Ron is a digital marketing and strategy leader, writer, educator, and technology advisor. He has over 20 years of experience providing digital marketing, web design and development, product development, and leading marketing activities in B2C/B2B environments. He works with startup to mid size organizations, non-profits and government. His end-to-end experience includes development and execution of digital marketing and content strategies focused on customer acquisition. He also has extensive experience in email marketing.
